Geonjin Guksu is boiled noodles, picked up and mixed with soy soup. People enjoy it often during the summer, while they enjoy Nureum Guku, which is noodles boiled with young pumpkin or fresh vegetables in soy soup in winter.


It is the custom of this place to eat Geonjin Guksu and Nureum Guksu with boiled millet and wrapped cabbage. Sometimes fresh fish and pheasant are added to the soy soup.
